The ball is empty, you will be able to fill it. You can fill it using iron sand, dry sand, useless fabrics or other similar materials.
For most male beginners, please load up to 3kg at first.
For most female beginners, 2kg might be the best way to start.
When you feel your muscle is getting stronger, fill more materials into the ball gradually.
And you must know the max capacity of this ball is 12KG, please DO NOT overload it.

How to fill the ball?
1. Prepare materials such as iron sand, sawdust, sand, useless clothes or dry beans.
2. Mixing these materials together.
3. Prepare several small plastic bags, put these materials into plastic bags, seal them up.
4. After filling, put these plastic bags into the big clear cover bag(attached with the parcel).
5. Put the big bag into the empty ball.
6. If there is interspace in the ball, put some soft materials such as foams or useless clothes or sawdust to make the ball fully up.
7. Lace up the ball with the black rope.
